Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Submit required content, images and credentials on time.
  • Review submitted work within a reasonable period.
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
Project delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, or incomplete information from the client may result in revised delivery timelines.
Payments

Payments & Billing

Payment terms are specified in the quotation, invoice or proposal.

General Payment Terms
  • Projects normally require an advance payment before work begins.
  • Remaining payments are due according to agreed milestones.
  • Invoices must be paid by the due date.
  • Late payments may delay work or project delivery.
  • Outstanding dues may result in suspension of services.
JDTechSpace reserves the right to pause ongoing work, disable access to development environments, or withhold final delivery until all outstanding payments have been received.
Refund Policy

Refunds & Cancellations

Our services involve significant planning, design, development and consultation. For this reason, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable after project initiation.
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Consultation, strategy and research fees are non-refundable.
  • Third-party costs (domains, hosting, plugins, themes, advertising budgets, software licenses, APIs, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • If a client stops responding or abandons a project, payments already made will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation by the client does not create an obligation for JDTechSpace to refund amounts already paid for completed work or work in progress.
Refunds, if any, are provided solely at the discretion of JDTechSpace or where required under applicable law.
Ownership

Intellectual Property

All source code, graphics, designs, documents, marketing materials and other deliverables remain the property of JDTechSpace until full payment has been received.

  • Ownership transfers only after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • JDTechSpace may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
  • Clients must not resell, redistribute or claim ownership of our proprietary frameworks, templates or internal systems without permission.
Project Delivery

Delivery & Revisions

  • Estimated delivery timelines are based on timely client cooperation.
  • Revision limits are as specified in the quotation or proposal.
  • Additional revisions or new requirements may incur extra charges.
  • Final project files are delivered only after payment clearance.
  • Website migration or deployment may require additional coordination depending on hosting providers.
Changes requested after approval of a completed phase may be treated as a new task and billed separately.
Confidentiality

Confidential Information

JDTechSpace respects the confidentiality of client information. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential business, technical or commercial information received during the project, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.

Acceptable Use

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Malware, hacking or phishing.
  • Spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement.
  • Activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
JDTechSpace reserves the right to immediately terminate services for any unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.
Liability

Limitation of Liability

JDTechSpace provides professional services using reasonable skill and care. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities.
  • Loss of data caused by third-party hosting providers.
  • Downtime caused by hosting companies, domain providers or external services.
  • Search engine ranking fluctuations.
  • Advertising performance or return on investment.
  • Third-party software updates affecting functionality.
  • Cyber attacks, malware or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Although JDTechSpace follows industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

  • Guaranteed Google rankings.
  • Guaranteed SEO traffic.
  • Guaranteed sales or revenue.
  • Guaranteed advertising ROI.
  • Approval from third-party platforms.
  • Continuous availability of third-party APIs or services.
Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors including competition, market demand, budgets, website quality and customer behaviour.
Termination

Suspension & Termination

JDTechSpace reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • Invoices remain unpaid.
  • Fraudulent activities are detected.
  • Our services are used unlawfully.
  • Abusive or threatening behaviour is directed toward our team.
  • These Terms & Conditions are violated.

Termination does not remove the client's obligation to pay outstanding invoices or fees already incurred.

Force Majeure

JDTechSpace shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions.
  • Internet outages.
  • Hosting failures.
